About the Role
Best Link UK are a fast growing recruitment agency, and we are looking to expand on our team and hopefully then expand on volume of business, we have decided to recruit a Recruitment Consultant in the hopes of gaining more clients and candidates.
We specialise in Warehouse Vacancies E.g. Picker Packer, Fork Lift Driver and Class 2 Drivers and the food industry.
Your main responsibility is to build a rapport with client and candidates, and achieve brand awareness.
 The role is very demanding, but you will have a focused team to confer with when making and enforcing decisions.
A great personality is needed for this role, because once appointed you will be the face of Best Links UK.
A Minimum of 1 year experience is required.

Job Duties
·         Bring more business to clients.
·         Visit clients whilst maintaining relationships
·         Revise and understand client companies thoroughly
·         Advertise different vacancies through Websites, Magazines, and Newspapers etc…
·          Use different social media websites to attract people and also to maintain a healthy relationship with candidates and employers
·         Be on the lookout for talent who may already be working
·         Keep on track with candidate databases to search for a desirable candidate
·         Obtaining and overlooking application and conducting interviews
·         Gearing up the candidate, by explaining the ins and outs of the job at hand
·         Organising interviews with candidate and employers
 
 
What you will receive
·         Company phone to conduct calls to clients and candidates.
·         £25,000 - £35,000 a year (Depending on experience)
·         Commission – Negotiable
